These are the words of Pastor Maika Rainima the father of the reigning Vodafone Miss Hibiscus 2014 Nanise Rainima.

Rainima said he advised his daughter to do her best during the week-long festival.

Nanise Rainima also won the Best research topic award, Miss Personality, Miss People’s Choice and Miss National Tourism.

Rainima will now represent Fiji in Samoa at this year's Miss South Pacific Pageant in November.
